Image Policy
Every future public image must have a complete provenance and rights record before it can be published.
Required evidence
Asset records retain the owner, creator, source and evidence URLs, visible credit, licence classification, commercial-use status, MIME type, dimensions and SHA-256.
Hard failures
Known non-commercial licences, unknown third-party rights and unsupported MIME or dimensions are deterministic publication failures. The fallback sequence continues until a compliant candidate is found.
